Volunteering Hours

To validate your hours, please follow these steps.
1) Fill out the form entirely for each time you attend an event
2) Must provide at least one photo of yourself for proof of attendance at service event.
3) Provide a brief description of what you did at the event.

Service hours are due on the 25th of every month by 6 pm for your hours to count for that month!!​
You need 50 total hours by the end of the term
(unless you are a senior, you need 60 hours)
Remember!! In order to be inducted...
For freshman, sophomores, and juniors!
40 out of the 50 hours (40/50) needed for inductions HAVE to be Key Club sponsored

For seniors!
50 out of the 60 hours (50/60) need to be Key Club sponsored
Member Recognition Program
The Member Recognition Program (MRP) is a program designed to recognize Key Club members, under the specified requirements, across the Cali-Nev-Ha District.
​
Make sure to fill out this form for EVERY MRP requirement you complete this year to get all of your hard work recognized for at District Convention!
​
Guidelines:
1) You MUST be a paid member
​
2) Have completed at least 50 hours
​
Members that qualify to be recognized can achieve four different levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
- Bronze, Silver, and Gold winners will receive certificates and recognition at DCON.
- Platinum winners receive a medal and recognition at DCON.
